Prior to founding CAS Miami, Mr. Silva provided leasing, occupier, and advisory services at the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, CBRE. Mr. Silva graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors in Business Administration Major in Finance, with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate and a minor in Economics.

Mr. Silva services the South Florida based, ROC Hospitality Network. His experience in Restaurant and Retail Tenant Representation in South Florida derived from operating and managing the family owned, multi location restaurant group Old Lisbon Restaurants.

He partners with Elizabeth Pines, Attorney and Real Estate Broker at Prime Group Investments P.L.L.C, a professional in South Florida's real estate market, forming a multicultural and trilingual family team that is uniquely equipped to understand all the different nationalities that make South Florida a diverse and influential region.

Elizabeth C. Pines is the founding partner of Brokerage and Investment Holding Prime Group Investments P.L.L.C along with Elizabeth C. Pines, PA, a boutique Real Estate and Immigration Law Firm concentrating in Family & Business Immigration issues.  Ms. Pines has been practicing Real Estate Investment and Advisory Services for over 35 years; and Immigration Law for over 25 years.  Ms. Pines established the firm to help foreign nationals navigate the often complicated process of dealing with immigration issues in the United States.

Her ability comes from refined and experienced negotiation skills, substancial patience and focus on closing business and residential contracts, and developing long lasting client relationships from outstanding performance in her dealings.

Ms. Pines is a well-respected member of the South Florida legal community and has offered her knowledge of immigration law and immigration issues to various institutions.

After receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Miami in 1985, she received her Master of Business Administration Degree there in 1988, and then continued on to St. Thomas University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor Degree in August of 1994.
